Excellent Quality and GREAT Cutomer Service

I order assembled Malibu White Shaker and Alden Grey Shaker cabinets for my kitchen and island I chose to do all the ordering myself from measurements to decorative doors crown molding etc I had a very large order so took a minute to ship but that should be expected The doors drawers needed adjustment due to shipping this is NO fault of the company The delivery company and person was less than desirable but this is something the company cannot control The cabinets are beautiful very well made I did a lot of research on cabinets at Home Depot Lowes etc with a ton of on line companies These cabinets if you read about them are excellent quality I m giving BOC a 5 star rating first and foremost because of their Customer Service They truly put a new meaning into customer service An error in my order but no questions asked and they are shipping it Very quick responses to my emails and always their to answer their phones I cannot say enough about this company

Wow Way better than Ikea for the same price

Wow Amazed with the whole process from design to shipping I worked with Rb and he was able to take my design from Ikea and work with it Help me decided on island doors Spent 11K on cabinets and was happy with the quality of wood and finishes I was going to go with Ikea but BOC quality is was better Received some damage door and replacements was sent in 2 days My parents love my kitchen and wants me to do their kitchen now
