BetterHelp has been transformational for me It enables me to access therapy in a way that works for me is flexible and affordable I needed to change therapist a little while back and the process was very easy In addition to 1 1 therapy there are lots of group therapy sessions included in my subscription If you want to try therapy I recommend BetterHelp as its very accessible and very flexible

For more organisations like BetterHelp I could not be happier with this service and cannot recommend it enough You are matched with a therapist upon answering a questionnaire The therapist allocated will be someone with experience working with the issues you are dealing with If after a few sessions you feel the therapist is not the best for you considering your needs you can ask to change therapist The therapy is done online which allows for a lot of flexibility in terms of time The customer service is incredible very responsive and accommodating For instance at times I was not able to attend a session for any reason they always extended the plan promptly I must say that when I first tried BetterHelp I did not feel the therapist was the best for me so I stopped therapy as I was not ready to open up again for another therapist After one year I decided to give it another go and this time I found the best therapist I could have found She is incredible very professional skilful knowledgeable and empathic and we have been doing great work together I am much more in control of my emotions and my mood improved significantly Mental health is as important as physical health thank you BetterHelp for existing and for contributing to better mental health happier lives

I have begun therapy through BetterHelp after years of therapy with private therapists in office and online Not only is my well trained and compassionate therapist less financially expensive she is less costly to me emotionally By that I mean I get reminders that help me never miss a session The app makes it possible to cancel sessions without penalty I used to feel so ashamed if I forgot a session or didn t show up on the right day As a person with ADHD this was a big issue for me The shame of my mistakes made me feel worse about myself This app takes care of that I m so glad I found it
