Nuisance phone calls from Better Protect

I took out a 5 year life insurance policy through Better Protect in 2012 and did not renew it in 2017 as I no longer needed it I now keep getting phone calls from Better Protect to review my requirements and they won t accept that I ve cancelled the policy During the phone call in January they told me I m still paying the premiums when I m not and haven t done for over 2 years I hope from today s phone call they will remove my name from their database and stop ringing me

I got a legal and general policy through them they got my name wrong and i only found out through legal and general documentation the 02035401860 no listed on their website doesn t work and there is no way to contact they except by emails so far they haven t replied my emails

Just go direct to an insurer

The contact was really nice but couldn t have recorded every detail accurately enough enabling her to come back with a great price To make sure I m insured I m having to go through everything again with the insurance company who may well increase the premium anyway The insurance company are taking my money every month no problem but won t decide and finalise everything until they have results of a routine check up my local nhs do once you re past 55 years old which is like backing a horse but waiting to see if wins first So I m probably going to get some direct quotes and drop these
