Very very basic will for the price and

Very very basic will for the price and then no visible way to download what you have paid for Still awaiting a response on how to get a copy of my will after 2 week since the will was approved and as they say downloadable so you can get it witnessed Worthless unless witnessed

Poor completion

You are asking me to review this but you have not confirmed my will is set up yet I am still waiting Setting up will online very good but I have no idea if all checks gone through and find it annoying you are asking me to review your service

The initial set up and 10 a year to change the Will as many times is great BUT I agree with the last two reviews There s no phone number direct to Beyond I m sure there used to be I ve been trying to get in touch about setting up my LPA I got put through to the funeral company and they took my details I did get a call from a mobile number but wasn t able to take it at that moment The man s name was James and the number was 07519 239828 I ve tried to call back with no answer and I ve also text the number What happens when I die There ll be no one to contact Initially over the moon and now very disappointed and the company do not fill me with confidence

Could have been better

The first firm we contacted through Funeralbookers didn t respond at all The second did make contact after a nudge from Funeralbookers and because they had several branches with different prices through this website we were able to negotiate a good price Funeralbookers is worth using

Found a fab funeral directors through Funeral booker just a shame that Funeral booker themselves didn t call back about a finance plan like they agreed Ended up getting finance elsewhere

would have given 4 or perhaps 5 stars if I could have change my wive s email that was put in incorrectly this needs to be altered but how Since you asked me for my full address which was sent over a week ago I have heard nothing

A simple inexpensive option for smaller simple wills

A good service if you have a small estate and can be sure those you want to leave it to will be around when you go There are limited options for contingency legatees which could be an issue if you and your beneficiaries are older A telephone service is available at an additional cost which isn t clear at the start nor are the limitations on the basic online version That said it s inexpensive and quick compared to a lawyer so if you don t have complicated needs it could meet your needs perfectly well

Where are our Wills

Seems good doesn t explain they are charging a charity rather than it truly being free until the very end Leads to feelings of guilt my end

One of the reasons we chose Beyond to make our Wills is their facility to store the Wills securely and have them registered with The National Will Register Since posting our Wills to Beyond we ve not had any confirmation that they have been received stored or registered and there has been no response to our online webchat messages or to our email to them and their telephone answering machine hung up on us It s really important to us to know that our Wills are stored securely and that Beyond are contactable It s also really disappointing that the website does not give any indication that our Wills are safely stored and registered
