Says its free but it isn t really

Positive - easy to use form which allowed you to save and return later so it fitted in with other commitmentsNegative - the help chat function did not work respond and the FAQS were not very helpful

The forms are easy and quick to get through but the verification process although essential and very important for your own security is frustrating and time consuming so make sure that you have sufficient time and patience

Simple and straight forward

We were recommended to you for our Wills and found it very easy to fill in on line only criticism is I needed a couple of questions answered and my email request for help went unanswered for a few days and I had to send a reminder I then got the help and am now waiting for them to be sent to me for finishing

Really simple to use 3-5days to review the will is a bit longer than desired in our situation so an express service option would be helpful

Happy with the total experience

The process of filling out the form to create the will was quick and easy I don t have any experience of wills so it was good to be guided through the process My affairs are fairly straightforward so it was easy to complete I m not sure how suitable this service would be if the circumstances were more complex My only criticism is that the will is being checked and there doesn t seem to be any way to view the draft document to see how it will look It would be nice to have the facility to view a copy of the document while you are waiting
