An excellent service I had a call about 30 minutes before Marc and Jamie arrived which was really helpful The furniture was collected swiftly and without any hassle Both drivers were extremely polite and friendly I would definitely use this service again Thank you

I couldn t have asked for a nicer pair of lads to collect my donations They were polite helpful and kind They were bang on time and efficiently removed the items in a considerate and careful manner and then delivered my purchased item asking where I wanted it to be put I cannot recommend them highly enough Well done BHF for a fantastic service Lucy and Dave in the Wolverhampton shop are amazing and then Jack and Matt delivered Absolutely top experience from start to finish Thank you

Donated two single mattresses to BHF Clear and obvious instructions on their website and on telephone call that they needed to have fire labels and in a good condition both were Phoned 30 minutes before quick and effective service

Matt Nath collected our 3 seater sofa this morning and it was a quick respectful and easy transition They called to say they were on their way which was super helpful they were polite and checked everything they needed to Would happily donate to BHF again and use this service as it was effortless Thanks again

Marc and Mike phoned before arriving and were there within 30 minutes They were pleasant and efficient and collected my filing cabinet with no problems It had been refused once as no key available but with replacement keys everything went well
