Useless company

Wanted to buy a bike seat from this company and they tell me that they can not deliver to the UK I then set it up with family so that I could get it delivered to France instead but all of a sudden the seat is no longer available to be bought as it is out of stock Next day the seat is back for sale so I set up the delivery and payed them Monday I get an e-mail telling me that they cancelled my order and I need to send them my bank details so they can refund me It is now Wednesday still no refund and no one answers my e-mails After chasing them up on Facebook they tell me that the refund is currently processing and can take up to 14 days Why not just send me a confirmation e-mail stating that in the first place Far too much hassle trying to buy something from these people
