I sent back car to dealer due to mechanical issues and withdrew from my agreement a week ago by email and still couldn t obtain any confirmation by them When I tried to call couldn t get through and upload a file via their website- impossible

If I could give 0 stars I would Terrible company awful customer service Poor communication Would highly recommend NOT using this company Mucked us about for months when we had a situation with our car made us out to be liars ect not a well run company atall

Another person who also had a text assuming this is a massive admin error but like others never been in arrears and tgought my bank account had been hacked My payment was taken 10 days ago by yourselves so not in arrears just spoilt my Friday out 104 in the queue so sent an email let s hope we all get an apology

Terrible as an existing customer

Terrible as an existing customer had texts Stating to pay arrears otherwise my agreement will be terminated All Payments have left my account registered and logged in the portal let alone no arrears all payments have been made why are you texting people when you are closed to add on to the situation very distressing indeed thanks for ruining my Friday night

Got approved for finance signed the credit agreement set up direct debit details once done all that everything was ready to go got an email got told I got declined but never gave any reasons why couldn t help or anything sent all the documents what I needed to send Why go so far with the application just to be declined Very disappointing service

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS I took out finance for an 8k car brilliant payment record only missing one single payment during COVID and paid over 12 5k before I was struck down with a rare form of cancer and hospitalised for over 6 mths and 5 ops later am still alive thank god I offerered these clowns an extra 1000 to close the deal as I wanted to be fair to them as I was clearly unable to complete the finance deal What did these heartless idiots do Chase me relentlessly for the few quid they wanted including numerous calls while in hospital having to explain every time my condition eventually taking me to court for recovery of the car AVOID AT ALL COSTS There are other finance companies out there so please please use another company cause if you get ill they will ruin your life Absolute chronic heartless greedy uncooperative idiots

Billing finance give you false hope they get you to sign agreement and direct debit Then they do a credit check even when you go through a broker and then decline your finance not a good company to approach for car finance

I fell behind on my payments and told

I fell behind on my payments and told them I was struggling Was sent an income and expenditure form which I tried to complete and it failed so was sent another one which I completed Due to the forms not being exactly the same they want access to my bank accounts which I am not comfortable with I said I can tell you how much I can afford to clear the arrears which would be cleared in a month 2 at most and was told that my word wasn t enough so basically they don t trust me I have been making payments on time for around 4 years

I do not recommend using billing

I do not recommend using billing finance for many reasons from lack of communications and rude i am wondering how this company still around and please make sure you pay on time or you will have some ridiculous charges Avoid at any cost
