Very pleased

I only gave a 3 star as I was very pleased that Billing financed my bike I would of given 5 stars but I did not have direct contact With Billing is was dealt with through a 3rd party

Good finance okay Prices but I sent my paper work off and everything was okay got asked to do it again as somthing happens on there behalf and I should of got the car 3 days before I did but I couldn t due to them takeing so much time

bit of confusion

There was a bit of mix up between your team and Arnold Clark as where the money was going too I was on the phone for 2 days back and forth between you and Arnold Clark one of your colleagues keep me on hold loads and was cut off a few times When phoned back he said I thought I transfered you to another colleague Which he knew he didn t But in the end it was sorted But I shouldn t have to had kept phoning The girl in Arnold Clark was great But other than that I am ok and got my car So thankyou for financing my car Suppose sometimes there is little hitches here and there Angela Salhi

Generally good service However the time taken to complete and the communication could be slightly better Had my finance received my car but still getting reminders to sign finance

Billing Finance customer finance

Billing Finance is ok and customer service is great but unfortunately if you have a low credit score they do penalise you with very high interest rates this is because they know you can t get the credit else where So it s a win win for the company But apart from this is an ok finance company

It was a bit easy a bit of messing around at the start but that was more down to the Brooker and not the lender but billings themselves were good my only concern is the interest rates they charge but there was ones out there alot lot worse so can t really complain

A lot of tooing and throwing Took quite along time to set it up I found myself phoning and emailing a lot just to push it along with fears it would have taken longer than it already did - saying that I did speak to two blokes who were a massive help Considering I was a excising customer was a faf

I thought 3 weeks was an extremely long

I thought 3 weeks was an extremely long process if the seller hadn t been so patient and understanding he could have sold the bike several times in that period the paperwork provided by myself had to be submitted several times and took days to process and receive an answer and I wasn t sure at times during the process whether I had been accepted or not the seller also felt he had to do far to much in the process on my behalf to be able to sell to me

I feel a bit of preassure day before of test driving the car The lady wanted me to take full responsibility of the condition of the vehicle without test driving it or even seeing it So thats why the 3 review Apart from that quick to get the money to the dealer Also the early repayments won t bring down the length of the contract which isnt nice either

Was sent the wrong paperwork and only reason i knew had been resent was because just happened to look at emails Was told that money would be paid out on the Friday when it wasn t and just the time taken on the whole process was slow afterwards did eventually get the money paid with lots of chasing by myself Customer service needs improvement
