Great product and better service

the Bimmertech Prime MMi adds Android Auto for me and it s great Using Google maps is fantastic and always up to date or pushing out new features On the Bimmertech side I ve had the pleasure of talking to tech support regarding an echo problem during calls and was promptly emailed the suggested settings to correct it I asked about the latest firmware and was replied back soon as well They are very helpful and prompt The MMI Prime definitely beats having a phone attached to the vent lol Check them out The website lists installers in your area The install went quick

CarPlay MMI Prime - a worthwhile upgrade to any BMW

Overall the product service responsiveness and quality have been outstanding I had an authorized bimmer tech mechanic install my CarPlay MMI Prime device and since then everything has worked seamlessly I love how naturally it integrates with my BMW and just how much better it makes the car s experience Their customer service representatives were there to help along the way and made sure that even I someone with little car knowledge was able to get the right product and find the right people to help install it I will definitely be looking to Bimmer Tech to help upgrade my future BMWs

CarPlay MMI Retrofit - Excellent

I recently added CarPlay to my 2015 BMW 528 using BimmerTech s CarPlay MMI Prime retrofit kit I couldn t be more satisfied CarPlay connects through either wired or wireless connections and can be controlled using the iDrive controller or steering wheel controls The product also integrates well with the OEM cameras on my car Pre-sale customer support from BimmerTech was great I used the online chat several times to clarify how the product would work with my car The installation videos on their site and the installation guide they provided were clear so I haven t had a reason to contact them since I opened the box That s a sign of a well-designed and delivered product Certainly a 5-star experience

Love my new CarPlay - BimmerTech was great

BimmerTech was very easy to deal with From sales to customer service to technical support they were available and able to help They assisted me with any questions I had and their instructional videos were critical to my installing the MMI Prime system The system works exactly as described All I wanted was CarPlay but the system also has mirroring functionality and you can add additional coding features to improve the overall experience with your car as well I am very happy with this purchase My car is a 2012 BMW 650i

I was very hesitant at first

I was very hesitant about letting someone make coding changes to my BMW BimmerTech was available to chat with and helped ease my concerns about my BMW warranty and the process of letting someone use my laptop as a method to update the code The process was very easy to set up the appointment and the tech I had assigned was very knowledgeable and I felt more at ease I would recommend to anyone needing coding performed

The support is fantastic

I purchased all but the subs will in the future First the amp the followed up with the mids tweeters The post installation support was amazing Maciej Stalmach helped me with a tune for the amp once everything was installed with about 8-10 different tune iterations until we landed on an amp tune for me Just awesome

Great upgrade for my Z4

I ordered and installed both the backup camera and the MMI Prime unit I took my time during the install and when I had a couple questions was able to get an answer by the next morning via email from tech support The MMI integrates nicely with the stock system and is very responsive The wireless Apple CarPlay works so nice and connects immediately when I start the car This whole system has been a great upgrade to my car

Professional Install

Professional facility excellent customer service knowledgeable reps clean installation Customer service helped me pick out the right unit for my car so I could purchase it online during the discount offer I made an appointment to drop off the car with the unit The install was completed on schedule I was given a tutorial on the new unit and actually found out a few features that I didn t even know about my car It s been working as advertised ever since I just wish they had a store closer to me so I didn t have to drive so far but that is a small sacrifice to get this upgrade Definitely recommend BimmerTech and their services These guys know what they are doing

Satisfied with my purchase I recommend if ur getting an upgrade this is the one to upgrade to its amazing what this product can bring out in ur audio system i will be buying another one for my other bmw 535 can t believe I went without this upgrade before its worth the money

Video in motion

I bought the video in motion coding and have not been disappointed The process and set up took about 30 and to download some software I love being able to watch music videos or movies as you drive It s a great feature and makes your car stand out to anyone especially passengers Thank you
