Map update is one of the easiest updates from BimmerTech I own a 2015 BMW X5 and much needed a map update The process was very easy with the instructions which come with it The whole process took less than an hour with the USB stick and the code I would highly recommend it to anyone whose maps are older than 2 yrs The shopping experience was fantastic with bimmertech I will definitely buy from them again

All went well with the upgrade and support was excellent for the coding process Only snag I had was in scheduling which got sorted out easily enough And most importantly the upgrade works perfectly just as advertised

Ordered the Mini Connected Infotainment Software Update for my 2019 Mini Cooper S Convertible Once I receive everything via snail mail and email I noticed that their main office in the U S was very near to me in Orlando Called them up and arranged to bring my car in to them to be upgraded rather than do a remote cabling procedure as I did not own a Windows laptop The whole procedure was painless and the end result was a 2019 Mini that now has the center console and Apple Car Play presentation of a 2022 Mini They even gave me a refund on the Cable I had purchased which was no longer needed They have even featured my car on a You Tube video showing the Infotainment upgrade Very happy with the in-person care I received

I recently took a road trip Ohio to Portland Maine The intent was to enjoy the fall colors so we took off-highway basically country roads almost all of the way My 2015 X5 had not had the nav system updated since purchase Frequently the nav had no idea where we were We d either follow whatever signs there were use our phones or just guess Sooner or later we d get back to somewhere that was in our nav s map I bought the map upgrade as soon as we got back It took a few days for a magnificently packaged thumbnail drive to show up and an email with instructions and an unlock code The instructions were precise and easy to follow It does take a while I think about 20 minutes to copy unpack and install all of the files The unlock code is a bit of a pain dialing it in with the BMW knob select a letter number but I got it in Off it goes and the wait to finish begins No problems I ve only driven locally since then so haven t had a chance to see nav working on newly built roads But I have a road-trip to Florida this month and to Arizona next month Great to have renewed confidence in the nav

I recently purchased the Satellite Radio upgrade for my 2014 BMW The dealership wanted over 700 to upgrade my radio and then I found BimmerTech I could not believe the saving and upgrades available for a fraction of the price I am not a very tech savvy person but this upgrade was easy to understand very easy to upgrade and maybe took 10 minutes total once I connected with the technician from BimmerTech I would recommend 1000 using them for your BMW upgrades

GREAT experience I bought the Alpha One amp for my 2019 M240i convertible and the sound quality difference is AMAZING Though I plan to upgrade my speakers in the future the amp brought the current HK speakers to life I must also admit that I originally purchased an amp from the other guys and was very disappointed with the sound tune for my vehicle with no way to adjust or correct Returned it and purchased the Alpha One and could not be happier Great power with full access to the DSP for tuning It sounded so good out of the box that I honestly have felt no immediate need to adjust though If you are on the fence pull the trigger You will not be disappointed

I got the video motion unlocked from bimmer tech website it was very easy and smooth process and only toke couple of minutes The techs were very professional and answered all my questions and they walk me through the process Now i can drive and my wife can enjoy watching videos while we out of the city Thank you it was nice product and i will have it again if i have another BMW

The first module I received didn t work on my G12 Customer Technical Service worked with me through several troubleshooting steps When those didn t work they promptly sent me a new module that worked perfectly with my application

Excellent products I purchased the NAV update and it was excellent I was so happy with the ease of use and the product support and communication from BimmerTech I recently also bought the CarPlay MMI retrofit upgrade and back-up camera They came with very thorough installation instructions My car is a 2013 F10 5 series and the BimmerTech updates made it better than new

I ordered a navigation update for my 2010 BMW which had not had any since 2010 It came quickly with easy to follow instructions and was sooooo much easier and cheaper than taking it to a dealership I m so glad I did this and will continue getting updates from them forever
