Never again Horrible experience shopping at Bisgaard
It s unbelievable that the customer service didn t mention anything about money when I called and asked the return policy I bought many shoes for the whole family and returned some cos they didn t fit and then for each return they deduct automatically 59 DKK They don t even mention in in their front page at all and their customer service didn t mention it over the phone I will never ever shop from Bisgaard again I thought they would be more ethical but this is not ethical for customers As a customer I don t have to check every single company s return policy and get charged for buying 4 000 DKK worth items

RETURNS ARE DIFFICULT nos refund of money
Be aware that returns are really difficult as they are not using a propert DHL service but the cheap version of it I could t find any drop off point near by where I live and Bisgaard is asking me to pay for return even I live in France VERY EXPENSIVE RETURN Quite strange for shoses that cost quite a lot of money

Don t last long enough My wife loves her Bisgaard rubber thermo boots The problem is I bought the same pair 3 years in a row now and every time the sole wears out within a year She only uses them to walk our small dog during the wetter months so they should not gave out so fast This year I ll try a different brand
