The process was easy from start to finish I applied for a unit quick and easy online A member from the office site Sharon called me almost straight after applying to introduce themselves provide lots of information and set up a direct debit for my unit I was able to go to the site reception the same day to sign collect unit ID cards and collect keys which Sharon did all for us Sharon drove to our unit to show us where to find it how to use the stairs as our unit is 1st floor and how to open close the unit doors I was really pleased with how clear the cost of payments were and that customers are sent an invoice for their unit each month 1 week before their next direct debit is due so there is no surprise payment So far I am very pleased with the company and would recommend them

The staff are really friendly and helpful I am able to wash my caravan and check the tyre pressures before departure should I get off site thanks to the security checks made prior to leaving site I can rest assured that my caravan is in safe hands

Excellent Facilities and Service

We were reccomended to use Blue Storage by Newport Caravans and glad we were able to store our new Motorhome The cost is very reasonable for a storage site offering so many facilities and secure storage Has great wash vacuum fresh water waste facilities with easy access 24 hours a day I have to commend the staff on their service particularly the Security Staff on the gate who always extremely polite and helpful Would highly recommend Blue Storage
