We have just stored some items belonging to a cat charity and have found the service to be first class Everything we needed to do was explained very clearly and the unit was clean and ready for the items to be stored when we arrived I spoke with both Donna and Debbie when making the arrangements and found both to be helpful polite efficient and professional throughout

Needed to store some furniture till the new house was ready This place is a godsend The staff at the Kilmarnock units are absolutely wonderful From first contact Deborah Alison and Donna have been very helpful every step of the way Will definitely recommend this place

Customer service at its finest

First time using this facility and what can I say The price was fantastic they had an offer on which neant we only had to pay 50 off the full price for the first 8 weeks Then there was the customer service which is exceptional the staff are so pleasant and helpful Rachel Phil and Ruary were brilliant in answering my 1 million questions along with me constantly changing my move in and move out dates but they made it so simple and stress free I know if I ever have to put my things in storage again I won t hesitate in using The Storage Vault Cambuslang Well done team 10 10 from me

Clean and tidy facility with great easy access Unit was well lit and bone dry Staff that I communicated with were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any queries which I had Ultimately I was dealing with Rachel and email responses were both swift and unambiguous Overall a really good facility and experience Wouldn t hesitate to use the Cambuslang facility again and would definitely recommend
