We used UK Storage in Milton Keynes for some months and always found it to be immaculately clean and easily accessible The staff were always on hand to help and were very polite and courteous Answerphone messages were always replied to as soon as they were next available I highly recommend this company for all your storage needs

Excellent storage accommodation

I hired one of the larger units to facilitate my house move Access in and out of the Yeovil facility was easy and secure The trolleys provided were of good capacity and the lift was roomy quick and efficient Contact with the staff was simple and they were always most courteous and helpful All in all an experience I would repeat should the need arise

Excellent Storage Solution

Extremely easy to setup and they gave us 3 months at the lower rate Most give you 8 weeks There are some hidden extra s so be aware of that but overall the price is extremely competitive The facilities are excellent entry is easy and secure and the entire end to end services they provide are professional with trolley s lifts and reliability I came to the end of my offer period and they have extended it briefly which is a good response from them Would highly recommend

I have only just started to use off site storage and went through a range of other companies offers I choose UK Storage because it was a fair price for the volume and access The ability to talk through options with a person on the phone was helpful The total process of quote query onboarding and exit I reduced my capacity was smooth A couple of matters arouse and they were addressed in less than an hour Very please to recommend this provider

Good rates for storage

Good rates for storage long opening hours trolleys provided with lift to all floors It is unmanned but the cameras work well and on the odd occasion i have had to deal with customer service when i was at the premises they seemed to know where i was which is reassuring security wise Customer service has always been pleasant and helpful and prompt to answer phones There was a problem with the lift last time we used them which did seem to take several days before it was sorted but din t affect us as when we needed access we could carry what we needed down the stairs

Great secure facility

Great secure facility and excellent customer service When I started to move my goods into the unit and suddenly realised I needed more space After 1 quick phone call to customer support they located me a larger unit with no problem at all The large lifts and numerous flatbed trollies made it very easy to move my goods in and out of the facility The 24hr access made things very easy to come and go at a time that suited me

Great storage unit space used them for about a year to store excess furniture from a house move Very easy to access whenever I need and very secure Customer service were always easy to call if needed and would always pick up the phone respond to emails immediately Highly recommend
