My experience has been good No issues and fast on boarding process Setting up more complex features like automations and chatbots with buttons etc took more time but this is ok and expected The software works as intended and I will keep using it to reply to my users

I tried few apps that allow the creation of Open AI chatbot but they were all lacking basic stuff like human takeover or notifications Support Board has all the features I needed and more The support replies in a few hours most of the times and it solve the issues Recommended

We purchased Support Board about a year ago and happy with it so far I got some problem with notifications but the support solved it Overall we are happy with the quality of the product and the vast amount of features The software is also stable and the usage is smooth and elegant Frequent and incredible updates are also a great thing Thanks Support Board for developing such a great script
