I ve tested a bunch of similar tools and most had issues either clunky setup unreliable AI or worse random hallucinations Board Support just worked right out of the box No strange AI-generated nonsense no frustrating learning curve The WhatsApp integration was super easy and support was surprisingly fast and actually helpful
