Book came really quickly but was falling out of its package Luckily it was unscathed

Overall happy but 1 book had a dent

Overall was very happy with the quick delivery and communication However one of the books ordered clearly been taken a knock and there is a dent in the top right corner of the hardback front cover with the dust cover and pages scratched

I did find the process slightly

I did find the process slightly confusing It would be better if the bookshop I wanted to benefit was listed specifically rather than just being a logo at the top of the page which I didn t notice initially I was uncertain I d actually slected them correctly

Book arrived really fast and well-packed Minus one star because I would have liked to be able to support my own local independent bookshop thought I was being offered that opportunity in the way that Hive co uk enables books to be delivered to the local shop or if that doesn t help you can nominate that shop for a proportion of the cost of the order But your link led to another bookshop in another place altogether Disappointing

Quick delivery but poor packaging

The delivery came on time However there was nowhere near enough packaging to keep the book in place This resulted in damage to the book including a bent cover which is a bit annoying considering I paid extra to buy it brand new Edit I ve upgraded my rating from 3 to 4 following the offer of a replacement I d still have preferred a book in good condition the first time but the Bookshop org customer service is fantastic

Easy to find exactly what I want

Easy to find exactly what I want prompt service and good communication Very very happy to be supporting a local bookshop Only quibble the two books I ordered came separately just 4 days apart If I could have done so I would have preferred to stipulate the could be packed in one box saving postage and packaging Delivery not brilliant neither arrived on the day expected and Royal Mail left one in what they referred to as my safe place which was definitely not chosen by me as it was propped against the front door which is visible from the street just a few steps away Tracking did not work either

Book Great for grandson

Book Great for grandson he s a budding gardener but I was disappointed at the amount of emails I had to send before the book was got back in stock if a book is listed for sale it should be in stock for dispatch in a reasonable amount of time In my job lack of materials or equipment is never acceptable and is often dangerous
