Great customer service

Great customer service however company cant change an order just made so that side wasnt great Also Post Office instead of picking up system note to refuse delivery to resend back had left cardboard box of book behind a rubbish bin in the rain note not inside the bin Customer service great and quick though and explained their system doesnt have way of changing an order and they were great with other author recommendation which was a great help

Can t review my books as they ve still not arrived They should have been delivered 4 days ago However Bookshop org have been very good at contacting me and chasing up the parcel as well as offering a replacement if they don t arrive

Poor delivery

The Package was not left in some safe place but just left on the door step The receiver was at home but is disabled so might have taken a short time to get to the door but the driver didn t wait and just left the books on the ground outside Good job it wasn t raining

Your ordering online and payment was difficult to navigate First card declined second card had to be verified twice I want to use your company but had to resort to Waterstones for the book you couldn t deliver which came very quickly

Book arrived safely via Royal Mail but three days after the promised day and time when I had stayed at home unnecessarily and - unexpectedly - a day before the second promised day and time Maybe Royal Mail s fault rather than Bookshop s I ll never know

The books I received were great well packaged and arrived promptly as requested Unfortunately I made a mistake in my order and realised as soon as I had clicked confirm order but then there was NO way to either cancel my order or correct the mistake Please could you look into changing this

2 items out of 5 are damaged one

2 items out of 5 are damaged one paperback has been slice in the back with a gullotine perpendicular to the edge of the book and one has a dented spine but they are a gift and I don t have time to exchange them Shame as I d like to sort independent booksellers

Paid 5 99 for next day delivery still not arrived

I paid 5 99 for next delivery which should have been 23rd Dec I still don t have a date for delivery let alone actual delivery I expect a full refund of the 5 99 charge and would like an idea of when I can tell my daughter they will arrive Update - As you can see I did receive a response immediately from Bookshop org confirming they would refund the 5 99 priority shipping and I received the books in good condition albeit a bit late I appreciated the quick reponse and refund and would use Bookshop org again
