Excellent service

I received an email about a new book and looked a couple of times before buying It was a gift and I decided to buy it on a Sunday and get it delivered straight to the recipient It was easy to order and I was pleasantly surprised when I had an email on Monday saying it was being delivered that day An excellent experience

The website made browsing and searching actually pleasurable The delivery of the items was prompt While nothing can really be a substitute for a physical visit to a bookshop it is a great relief to find a network of independent bookshops I can buy from I am never using Amazon ever again to buy books

You always have the books I want and they are delivered promptly It s great that you are and I can support local independent bookshops It s shocking to me that Cambridge where I live has no independent bookshop other than second hand books I think the rents must be too high and the competition form the chains too high
