Not ideal No record of my debt possibly because it s now toxic Question my debts under 500 - no record of my client file neither Can t get past security I have nothing against the person who answered my call How is this possible May I suggest avoiding dealing with this company at all costs because some people want to pay their debts There s honest people in the world

Company is not a scam It s just another scum filled cult of fools My review is the following Disgrace of a company Send vulnerable people threatening letters causing them to self harm Took an aggressive call from myself to get them to leave my wife alone If you re going to bully people and add over a hundred to a bill which you have no right to then expect to be told Will never forgive any company like this Find out who the person you are dealing with is before messing with their life Hope you all sleep well knowing folk self harm and worse because of your actions A good hard shake of yourself and question your morals Sleep well scummers

Worst customer service I ever

Worst customer service I ever encountered Needed to speak to someone and held on for over an hour before giving up Didn t really have the right department listed for me to discuss the problem anyway on the list of choices No other way to get through to them either that isn t very long winded

Possible scammers

Had a text message and numerous emails sent asking me to call them on 01413750900 quoting a reference number but only addressed me as Dear Sir Madam Not going to as in the past if I ve had debt collectors trying to get in touch they ve actually addressed me by my name For all I know this is a scam and would be a waste of time as I m not giving my personal details to them

I received a text saying Our client

I received a text saying Our client Vodafone have asked us BPO Respect to contact you about your account Please get in touch with us by phoning 01412551111 quoting reference 132723516 at your earliest convenience We are here to help Before speaking with them you must provide your entire name home address and date of birth Please do not it is a fraud It s all an inside job clearly someone from Vodafone has sent my information to them because I do have a final outstanding payment because I moved to another broadband and last time I tried to login to make the payment it didn t work The BPO collections advisor on the phone surprisingly indicated the correct amount I owed But this is all a hoax because I can still log in to my Vodafone account and pay through them Indeed I will make the payment tomorrow

Absolutely useless

Absolutely shocking the automated system kept asking me over and over for my date of birth despite me entering it It then says please hold while we put you through to advisor wait about 10 minutes and it says goodbye and hangs up om me I then go to the Web address on the letter which doesn t appear to exist Then I read all these bad reviews saying possible scammers so im not paying them as I can t get through and now don t trust them to be genuine either

What a terrible company

What a terrible company Have received letters requesting payment of a bill that was paid in full and on time with original supplier Impossible to contact waited for more than an hour for someone to answer their number before being cut-off Then a further hour with no answer

Just received a text saying

Just received a text saying We are awaiting payment on your HMRC account Please visit our website to pay bpopay co uk or call us on 01414577065 quoting your BPO reference number To actually to speak someone you need to hand over your postcode dob and other personal data The question is would you have over your personal data to a random text or letter That s like going onto a street with a microphone and give the world your personal data But we do forgive them because Jesus forgive me for sins Lord forgive them because they don t truly know what they are doing
