Breakis a charity dedicated to transforming the lives of children and young people across East Anglia. We walk alongside children and young people in, around and leaving care when we're needed most. Through fostering, residential homes, wellbeing support, mentoring and our leaving care service, we help children and young people build their confidence, create strong relationships and experience new opportunities. Simply put, we care differently. More than support, we offer lifelong care, love and ambition so that young people can grow beyond what they thought was possible.
Break provides a range of essential services designed to support vulnerable young people at every stage of their journey. Our fostering service operates across East Anglia, offering short-term and long-term care, including parent and child foster placements and specialized support for children with disabilities. Our residential children's homes create a warm and safe environment where children and young people can belong, begin to flourish and embrace their future with confidence and hope.
For young people with disabilities, our specialized services open up opportunities that would otherwise be impossible. We also provide critical support for those transitioning out of care through ourStaying Close, Staying Connectedproject, mentoring programs, and assistance with employment and wellbeing. This wraparound support ensures every young person has the opportunity to flourish and achieve amazing things.

Fundraising opportunities include participating in events such as Breaking Clays and joining our lottery.
