No problems - Polite efficient service

Was worried when I saw the negative reviews after booking this service but I had no problems at all They gave me a 3 hour collection window and phoned half an hour before arriving to let me know they were on their way Polite efficient service Also spoke to Julie on Customer Service to double check my collection time slot and she was very helpful and friendly Would definitely use them again if the need arises

First time ever using a service to dispose of anything large Albeit the website is rather jumpy I made a payment and received my invoice within an hour or less After seeing some confusing reviews I went ahead and read the T s C s They were quite clear and concise The next day I phoned up the business and spoke with Molly I explained my situation and she was very helpful with the information and patient to as I sounded so confused The collection morning I recieved a phone call from the guys saying they are on their way I d already taken the bed to an accessible area They arrived and as everything was disassembled they didn t spend 10 minutes Packed it in and left I also recieved confirmation of collection I would use the service again if needed

I booked this online and they sent an email back within the hour confirming that I had paid and my set collection date I rang them on the morning of the collection date and they advised a collection time of between 11 and 2 and they arrived at approx 11 36am Drivers were very polite and collected the mattress swiftly 5 star service considering they are working through a pandemic

Booked online so glad this company offer this service there is no other way to dispose of a kingsize mattress during a pandemic I was a bit worried after reading negative reviews I needn t have I received a text and email confirming collection order the day before I got a text and email with tracking this was very useful as it tells you how many stops are in front of you we put the mattress out early lads who collected were brill I m so pleased Thankyou

If you use your common sense then you won t have any issues Dismantle your bed and leave the frame and mattress as close to your front door as possible Got my text the day before the guys arrived within the given window were polite courteous and professional Cannot fault this service

Good service Got a tracking link which worked well and also had a call to confirm when they were 10 minutes away Bit pricier than the council but could collect next day rather than in 6 weeks

Very impressed I was a little nervous based on other reviews I think I d reiterate what someone else said in their review that as long as you are sensible there shouldn t be any issues Booked my collection online received an email with a good tracking link the day before and the pickup guys called me an hour before arriving within the 3hr time slot provided I had already dismantled the bed frame and had put it outside my property as it was a dry day The guys were polite and careful when loading it I will definitely use again

Bed was collected as arranged without issue I booked the collection on a day when weather forecast said it would be dry since some reviews say they rejected wet stuff probably a good idea if your concerned about that being a problem
