Fantastic customer service
Absolutely delighted with the service from Britsuperstore Ordered from their website for the first time a couple of weeks ago buying some British foodstuffs some my family in Germany miss dearly The process couldn t have been easier My order was processed promptly and the parcel with items ordered arrived equally as promptly in plenty of time before Christmas Very happy new customer here

I love everything about this experience I hadn t ordered anything from here before but I decided to try and get something for Christmas like as a child we d always get selection boxes for gifts and have a tin of roses or quality street I went a bit overboard with everything I wanted but they got it all Although however there was one item that was unavailable and they communicated this immediately and we found something just as good Communication has always been pleasant with these guys No issues at all with placing the order order processing time etc I am really amazed that it arrived before Christmas I have just one criticism but that s for the delivery service and not the store My wife loves the basket from the Cadbury s box Everything is brilliant

Absolutely great service
Absolutely great service rapid service UK side and I ordered just a few days after Christmas slightly slow arriving once it got to France however that is purely a problem with La Poste nothing to do with the company My order was correct with absolutely impeccable packaging I will definitely be offering from this company again thank you so much

The Ex-Pat s Go-To Online Supermarket
Britsuperstore is my go-to online shopping point for all my ex-pat-related goodies and necessities and the ordered items arrive wonderfully in a timely manner and so well-packed In over 9 years of happy shopping with BSS I think I have had a breakage on only 2 or perhaps 3 occasions and that was due to rough handling by the courier with immediate refund or replacement from BSS On occasion I have had to contact Customer Services regarding slow delivery by the courier and invariably my delayed parcel and I are reunited Keep up the great work

I have been ordering baby food and formula which is not available in the USA for our granddaughter We just received our third order I placed the order Tuesday the order shipped out on Thursday and the order arrived on the following Monday It only took 5 days to arrive in Dallas TX
