Fantastic customer service with nothing too much trouble Check-in smooth efficient and friendly Boat in superb condition Becky was wonderful - gave us extra towels quilt and loo rolls on request really helpful advice and a thorough training session Boat proved easy to handle despite its size everything in tip top condition Plenty of storage space super hot water need to follow advice re plug-in and engine running We had a smashing time Many thanks

Spacious luxurious boat

Spacious luxurious boat very classy Great remote wild moorings High view driving position which gave very broad views of the surrounding marshes however we were too high to get under ludham bridge even at low water due to we were told to exceptionally high water Very helpful staff who arranged parking power for our motorhome while we were away

Fair Monarch

The boat we overall was great when at the controls the boat felt very responsive and the upstairs helm was fantastic with the back rest which you need to look at on other boats with the upper helm to make it more comfortable We were a family of 2 adults and 2 grandchildren and we had plenty of room The negatives the lighting in the main bathroom is absolutely terrible very dull needs some improvement LEDs may be the galley area was very tight was a bit awkward at times especially the fridge door not opening wide but we managed Would we have this boat again that s a definite yes

The cottage was ready when we arrived at NBD beautifully clean warm and welcoming The new furniture and bedding looks great A relaxing holiday lovely

last minute booking

this was a last minute booking - and we were impressed with the property location we normally visit Wroxham by water not by land Nice patio decking from which to watch the world go by on the water Walls are paper thin - so a fair amount of stair thumping etc from next door but overall positive and we enjoyed our week

Tealby in horning

We stayed in tealby this year What a fantastic house and absolutely amazing location right on the river Great spot for fishing and watching the boats go by Think we ended up on alot of pictures and videos from the people going by on the boats Would have booked again for next August but is already fully booked Only negatives we had that a couple of bits in the kitchen could do with replacing like chopping boards and a new knife block and mattresses ready to be changed The plug in the downstairs bath wouldn t stay down the outside of tealby could do with a good wash to get rid of dirt and cobwebs Would definitely recommend tealby for a holiday

Perfect holiday

Arriving knowing everything had been made ready for our boarding ready for us to take are relaxing holiday away from all the normal stress of hectic life was fantastic Staff as always helpful and welcoming Boat was perfect for our needs and the Broads stunning this time of year with lots of wildlife to see Mooring provisions aplenty again made whole experience a relaxing one

Fair Regal 2 certainly a head turner

We received a very warm and friendly welcome when we checked in We were early but reassured that once the boat was ready you would text and you did We had a most enjoyable time and found the boat to be exactly as described and illustrated Everywhere we went or moored people looked in envy and several asked to see inside they were opened mouth by the size and luxury of the interior Fair Regal 2 is for 4 people We were disappointed to find only 4 pieces of cutlery and crockery We felt that there should have been at least 6 of everything We had an issue with over full toilets despite a pump out As the toilets are domestic flush toilets maybe you should consider larger holding tanks We say this because pumpout facilities are few in places It was 16 hours between discovering the tanks we full and eventually finding some where for a 2nd pumpout Overall a very memorable holiday We have already booked for 2025 not Fair Regal both were already reserved Fair Entrepreneur is our next boat we had a look before leaving the yard it is also a superb boat
