I was a first time customer Ordered two slims It had been over a week and tracking never updated I did have the route insurance so i contacted customer service They were so very helpful and took care of the issue immediately and replaced them for me The service i was given was great Everything was done in a timely manner No complaints this way

Love love love Bru Mate I purchase lots For Christmas I started in September and kept ordering after thinking of someone else to give one too One for you one for me My ordered were delivered fast only had one that due to the shipping company s holiday slow up took a little longer Bru Mate kept me posted on all my orders and explanation on the slow one Brie mate keeps your cold drinks cold and hot ones hot with beautiful color or flowers My favorite and I need more

Way way back in the day Br mate was discovered by my family a gift from me because of their slim can coolers I can t remember if it was 2018 or 2017 I swear it has been longer but they ve been a member of our family since They have a superb selection of designs patterns for a multitude of different products Br mate rocks tumblers were our party favor for my wedding I absolutely love the communication from the Br mate team and their customer service Considering how much they ve grown it is heartwarming to see how much they care about their customers The only knock I have is that their products are not dishwasher safe but then they wouldn t be able to offer the selection that they do I will be a life long Br mate customer and am looking forward to their new products

I have been buying for a while now I can t get enough Amazing products and perfect customer service I had my order take forever during the bad Pitney Bowes batch and customer service was emailing Me daily with updates and when it stopped moving they promised Me to overnight my order again so I could have it for Xmas Please know that they appreciate every one of their customers Try them out they re amazing My first bru I ve had for a year now and it s still on perfect condition Even after being put through my drunken shenanigans THESE PRODUCTS ARE A MUST HAVE
