My love for Bryan Anthony s started when a friend gave me one of the necklaces I love the thought and meaning they put into their jewelry I carefully selected a necklace for my sisters 50th birthday and was super excited to give it to her I checked the tracking only to discover that it shipped to an old address I had no means of getting it back I called them and expected to hear there was nothing they could do Instead they sent me a replacement and I m expected to get it today just in time to celebrate my sisters birthday tomorrow They turned it around in TWO days That is excellent customer service and above and beyond what I expected I m so grateful Thank you so much for the excellent service

I don t normally leave reviews but my experience with Bryan Anthonys customer service was so exceptional I felt I needed to My package was mixed up in the mail and I didn t receive it the day it was supposed to be delivered so I emailed customer support and got a response in about an hour They contacted my local post office and the next day the package was in my mailbox Jewelry is beautiful as well
