Bought primery tickets 14th July for entry at 13 00 hours was told to line up It us 14 14pm south side of Hyde Park as a Google assistant I a disappointed in the response disappointed and I have left an email with the accessibility department they unfortunately was receiving outstanding emails also I hope the event manager contacts me as I have over 9000k email in the last hour

The event was not prepared for a refund And I was scammed by one of the tellers at the el campano bar who took payment on a phone after saying that the iPad was not working - I later realised that they may have skimmed my card It like they re not even vetting the staff that they hire for these events I raised this issue with the security g4s and they said they were dealing with it then admitted they weren t Staff we rude and broadly clueless the drinks were served warm or flat

Robbie Williams was great however
Robbie Williams himself was absolutely fantastic he was worth the travel However I would not attend BST festival again due to the wait of 40 mins- 1 hour wait of no entertainment between each act Over sale of tickets too as the capacity was dangerous the crowd was unbearable

Disgusting experience
Disgusting experience Went for Gwen Stefani and Pink on the 25th June 2023 Extremely poor organisation Overpriced and very dissatisfying I payed Golden Circle tickets and the experience was absolutely atrocious The stage was 50 feet high and you could barely see the performers super expensive drinks and muddy- dusty I know it s a festival but for this amount of money it s ridiculous If it was 70- 100 OK but 500 per person- that s disgusting Absolutely NO CHANCE TO MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN Greedy incompetence

Don t waste your money
I can kind of understand that they take large umbrellas away but they should give a numbered ticket and put the corresponding one on the umbrella And they should have the message that umbrellas are not permitted flashing on their website Ours was confiscated and left out for anyone to take obviously it had already gone by the time we left If my son hadn t bought the tickets for us I would have left as soon as the umbrella incident happened but we ended up staying almost until the end We were completely soaked through even though we had some waterproof clothing I would never book anything like this again nor would I recommend it The staff are rude and obviously have no idea what they re doing food and drinks are expensive it s just a waste of time and money

Too restrictive
We were looking forward to our first Hyde Park experience 3 nights in fact until we looked at the rules One small bag and no readmission How can you take enough for everything a British summer might throw at you in a small bag No this no that Why didn t they just add no singing no dancing don t enjoy youselves etc considering the policy at Glastonbury Hampton Court V etc this is pathetic I hope it turns out to be surprisingly good

Disgusting and greedy
Went to see Stevie Nicks last night and am so angry and disappointed These greedy corporate organisers have really done it this time - 2 enormous VIP bars right in front of the stage blocking the view of thousands of people in GA I didn t pay nearly 100 a ticket to watch screens So basically BST is now a waste of time unless you pay a premium for Gold Circle or above Vile Been going to BST for years but won t go back

Overcrowding drunks and chaos
This was the worst experience I have had after many years of attending events Bruce Springsteen was superb but the overcrowding was ridiculous and highly dangerous The organisers clearly have no regard for the customer experience or security It s all about the money No more Hyde Park events for me

I don t know where to start tragic scam
I don t know where to start We paid a fortune for diamond VIP tickets the description let us to believe this would be a special enclosure it said we would have access to the ultimate bar with complimentary drinks would be met at the gate by a host with champagne we would have close intimate views of this stage when in fact the truth was none of these The only benefit that we could see was that we had a dedicated diamond entrance but this let us into a rammed area not even a place on the grass huge queues for terrible food and then when we went towards the stage the only thing we could see was the big screen We were completely squeezed in like sardines there was nowhere to move It was a horrible horrible experience The worst thing was leaving when it was like a stampede as they corralled people through one small gate the whole thing is an absolute scam and a disgrace PS Kylie was superb as always

Appalling
Their customer support is appalling We bought tickets to an event - no insurance was offered I have suffered a back injury since purchasing PAID for a GP letter to try for a refund as again no insurance was offered and this has been rejected It seems they are happy to take your money then not assist you when you are unable to attend as you are unable to travel almost 4hrs in a car then STAND for 8hrs because there s no seating I cannot physically do this due to a medical issue awaiting MRI scans Just expected to lose almost 300 - which had insurance been offered and rejected then fair enough this would be the buyers fault APPALLING
