Hi generally I m the past I ve had smooth experience transacting with BTC my feedback may not be your direct issue but seems like banks are making it difficult to transfer to certain exchanges I wasn t able to transfer from my Macquarie CMA in my smsf to you via bsb as they blocked it And I had to use CoinSpot

The best part is that they haven t closed down and taken my coins like many other exchanges did The worst part is that their fees are much higher than the other 10 exchanges that I use so I don t use BTC very much

Reliable site and responsive management however be wary when selling as their bot sell and buy against you Example you post sell order and immediately within seconds thereafter their bot comes in just under your sell amount The reason is they have set themselves up to buy and sell and arbitrage a profit no matter where the market goes Just be wary

The app is easy to use however I wish they supported more coins

This year after several years on BTC Markets I started trading on another crypto exchange the name starts with B and I can compare First of all BTC has insanely high commissions Dozens of times higher I can t imagine how much trading volume I must have on BTC Markets to have a 0 1 trading commission - the starting commission on another exchange Secondly the BTC Markets interface is not intuitive at all - trying to create a limit buy order with take profit and stop loss in other words where my filled limit buy order becomes a limit sell order with TP and SL already specified - it took me about 5 minutes to figure out how to create such a thing on another platform - and I still don t know how to do it on BTC Markets after all these years Same with updating orders - on another platform I can change the buy price TP price amount of cryptocurrency to fill in an existing order On BTC Markets I have to cancel an existing order and then create a new one with new numbers All in all BTC Markets is not really a cryptocurrency exchange platform It s a platform for buying and storing Then all that high commissions rudimentary order functionality makes sense

Great trading platform awesome withdrawals and deposits function it s unfortunate that the bots trade against you though by setting buys sells above and below you instantly to edge you out meaning you have to buy and sell at market all the time

treading fee is too expensiveinterface is not as good as kucoin or binancesupport doesn t listen to the feedback

The transaction fees of 0 85 are far too high when other exchanges are at 0 1 Makes it very expensive if one wants to trafe the market rather than just buy and hold

I find BTC Market s platform is easy-to-navigate and complete transactions It might be good if they added a section profiling each cryptocurrency and any current ratings e g Morningstar for stocks Thanks BTC

Had an issue whereby two sell orders placed wasn t executed when it should have been triggered unfortunately I did not contact the company at the time to understand the circumstances Otherwise I m very happy with the services offered by BTC Markets as a customer since 2017
