The verification process cost BTCM a star It s a nightmare to go through and only supports the government main tracking device smartphone On a good note I was able to sign up eventually just using a standard drivers license I was able to deposit AUD and withdraw crypto to my own wallet quickly I am not game enough to send larger amounts of AUD or leave substantial amounts of crypto on their servers which is a bad idea for any exchange not your keys not your crypto

Crypto and fiat transfers are good trading volume is limited even for the main cryptos Trading tools could be improved Fees are quite a bit higher than Binance trading pairs are more limited but everything works as it is supposed to plus security is good identity verification is not as clunky as Binance which is terrible for people who wear glasses

Fast deposits and withdrawls Would be good to see Pulsechain and Hex support instead of things like OMG lol

I had a serious concern after depositing USDT from KuCoin to my BTCmarkets ERC20 address It was all confirmed and sent correctly via ERC20 on KuCoins end but the funds didn t appear in my BTC markets account 10 hours after the transaction was sent I submitted a ticket for support detailing the transaction and provided screenshots BTC markets responded within 2 hours of the support ticket to explain that KuCoin s method of Batching transactions means it s sent by a non-standard ERC20 contract and BTC markets were unable to credit it correctly The funds were immediately credited to my account after the response from BTCmarkets Very happy with reaponse time and grateful I didn t loose 8k AUD i would suggest as feedback that BTCmarkets update their crediting system to include these non-standard ERC20 batch transactions and prevent further customer scares I probably won t send via USDT again and stick to BTC to try avoid this problem next time

In general website is good app is good Haven t explored but don t know of any alerts are available to configure I use another app for that Also account page be good to see open orders

Good exchange but low liquidity and expensive fees I think you would have a lot more trading volume if the trading fees weren t so high 0 85 starting rate it quite expensive
