Deceptive Advertising and Unreliable Service Experience with Butlertechnik
I would like to share my unfortunate experience with the Butlertechnik Butlerbus Technik Ltd company I believe that this company tries to promote its products deceptively through campaigns and misleading advertisements For my project I needed the Victron Energy Inverter Charger MultiPlus-II 48v 5000VA 70-50 230V Includes FREE CERBO GX product and among the alternative sites running Christmas campaigns I chose Butlertechnic About 6 days after placing the order I noticed that the purchased product had been deleted from my account When I contacted the company I was informed that there was a stock issue with the product and it had been canceled with a promise of a refund I suspect that the customer service did not want to sell the product at the discounted price offered in the campaign as they did not even offer to send it at a later date After the correspondence I noticed that the product was still available on their website at an increased price and this was truly frustrating and further heightened my suspicions Now I know that I have been deceived by Butlertechnik In conclusion due to this untrustworthy company I ended up purchasing batteries and other equipment in vain Moreover I missed out on the Christmas discount that was available elsewhere I have been greatly inconvenienced and I will seek my rights I have documents and screenshots of the website to support my case --Response to the Answer ReceivedHello David When I checked my account on December 29th I noticed that the products I had ordered were deleted from my account and I had to reach out to you to learn about this situation I believe this is a situation that should have been initially communicated by your side not initiated by me Upon reviewing our correspondence with the order department you will see that in my initial email I had to inquire about the absence of the products in my account and their expected delivery date If I hadn t contacted you I wouldn t have been aware that the products were not going to be sent to me This situation leaves the impression that there is room for improvement in your company s order management and customer communication processes Furthermore it was frustrating to discover that the products unavailable due to stock issues at the promotional price were still listed on your website at a higher price and seemingly in stock This occurrence is not aligned with the customer-centric approach I would expect from a reputable company Additionally the removal of the products from stock upon my request raises further questions As the Christmas campaign has concluded in other companies obtaining the same products at the promotional prices is no longer possible This circumstance leaves me deprived of the advantages offered to other customers compelling me to purchase the items at a higher cost Regarding the refund I want to bring to your attention that the reimbursement made to me has not promptly reflected in my bank account While I have no doubt about the reliability of the Victron brand I anticipated more effective solutions from your company in addressing product supply issues and maintaining transparent communication with customers

Aa per previous review I to experienced very poor service I order the 5kv 48v multiplus as needed to improve output for my system Having paid I received email saying couldn t fulfil the order I phoned and although staff were helpful I felt it was just a marketing ploy to get you onto their website There were similar deals to on 48v multiplas inverters that were taken down shortly after my call If they couldn t fulfil the order it is clear it s false advertisingAdvise others to be cautious when dealing with this outfit

One star is way too much in my opinion
Info from the website and first contact email could not have been better Couple of weeks after sending the heater over I contacted Liam person responsible for the repairs by couple of emails - no response Later I spoke to him a few times over the phone - excuses were made as they were very busy over the winter time in April After 5 weeks he said that they do not have the software for this particular heater from Mercedes Benz to test it even they specialise in them according to their website I wish to point out he knew exactly what I am sending as one has to fill the form for the repair to get it accepted They state with pride your heater will be tested within couple of days and could be repaired in a week My personal experience is them holding the heater for 5 weeks without doing anything to it Apparently Liam has even difficulty in sending it back to me after I decided enough is enough and requested a return All in all - false promises lies unexplained delays and it is still not over If you looking for reliable company for servicing your equipment I would not recommend butlertechnik

Exclusive Service
Steven and his colleagues went the extra mile recently when i purchased a Webasto Evo 40 heater Not only did it arrive on time as promised but throughout the whole installation where I had to make several phone calls to guide me through there was never a time I felt that it was to much trouble to explain the whole installation to me thoroughly Truly excellent service that seems to be rare these days Thanks a million Alan Hope

An excellent company with great customer service
An excellent company with great customer service and product deals I ordered an exhaust heater and although I had waited a few days within minutes of contacting their team through their online portal they had replied with updates and notification of the delivery They mentioned that the address had been mixed up by their automated system and had been delivered to the billing address In normal circumstances i m sure this wouldn t matter to most people though Steve and David made sure to resolve this quickly by sending out the order again with first class shipping to my shipping address Thank you guys for your excellent service I hope you keep well

I visited Butler Technik earlier today for hopefully a chat with someone who could advise me on an intermittent fault that I was experiencing with my Airtronic heater The man who assisted me couldn t have been more helpful taking approx half hour of his time to talk me through it I was most impressed because my heater was not only purchased by myself second hand but it wasn t even purchased from them I got the distinct feeling that he was underselling and that he went out of his way to be honest helpful and was trying to save me money I will definitely return for any purchases servicing in the future Highly recommended J CrickOwner F and J Cycles
