As soon as I ordered from this site they changed the name to buyfurniture shop it s a scam Phone number doesn t work nor does the email

Would never use this company again Ordered a piece of furniture well over 2 weeks ago zero communication from anyone It says processing for over 2 weeks straight I emailed them several times called and left about 3 messages all to no avail I m convinced no one works there All I want to know is what the hell is going on with my order Someone answer me Zero stars

No reply and no product

Ordered a mower waited and waited When I logged back into the site it said the order was shipped I emailed twice and called numerous times to get a voicemail of that of a personal cell phone with no reply back Never again

Waited almost 2 months

Waited almost 2 months always excuses Ask for refund we ll c if that happens

When I ordered a sofa with this company I was so excited when Alex told me it would be delivered in 7-10 days Weeks went by with one excuse after another eventually my calls and emails went unanswered After waiting a month for furniture I finally received a call from Alex and he canceled my order and agreed to issue me a full refund it s now been a week and I am still out 1 000 Again I ve called no answer I ve emailed no answered Google the address on website Update Thankfully I have received my refund After several calls voice mail email I couldn t get anyone however AFTER I posted the negative review I received emails and a voice mail asking me to take down my review Thank you Trustpilot

absolutely the worst customer service ever I been calling for over two weeks sending emails there is no live chat as its never available I call durining business hours and no answer emails no reply I ordered furniture on feb 18 2018 CAN SOMEONE REACH OUT TO ME

I ordered my bissel a month and a half

I ordered my bissel a month and a half ago and still have not received it It s a freaking carpet cleaner how hard is it to get a carpet cleaner shipped to me This is a rediculous amount of time to take to receive this I keep checking delivery status and it stays on the same status for days and even weeks I can t trust that they will get it to me I m still patiently waiting but this is rediculous It should not take this much time
