Order twice both times were a fail

Order twice from this website first time I ordered 5 of the same part Recieved what was obviously used parts There were pieces missing form 2 of the parts and a couple of the others looked old and oxidized Second time I emailed them and asked to add an additional item to one of the pieces Was told they would then they said they couldn t without any explanation Then they said they were going to cancel the entire order when I pressed them for an explanation Then a week later they said they were shipping it
