I saw the 2 for 1 offer and thinking it was a good deal for a bag from a great company Mia Tui I ve used before I ordered yesterday then immediately thought I had probably fallen for a con memo to self always check carefully before ordering anything from a Facebook ad I tried to cancel the payment on PayPal but couldn t see how to and sent a message to the company asking them to cancel I wasn t expecting a reply but had one very quickly plus a receipt from PayPal for the cancelled payment Hence two stars not a review for the product as I can t comment on that but realise the quality would unlikely be as good as the much more expensive Mia Tui bags and I did get my money back quickly

I ordered the original clutch wallet with the buy one get one free without checking out the reviews Checked on Trustpilot realised my mistake I emailed byselena and Ecom Waves Group PTY Ltd and requested a refund I ve just received a note from PayPal to inform me that my refund has been received I hope the company learns not to sell inferior products otherwise people will instigate proceedings to get their money back 2 stars given for fast response for refund

You get what you pay for I bought two of the small phone purses buy one get one free I hadn t noticed the Forever Young Originally from Korea stamped on the front of the bag although it is actually shown in the photos It s definitely not a selling point and makes the bags look cheap which to be fair they are On opening the packaging they looked and smelt exactly what they are - cheap plastic but the smell soon wears off On the plus side the size is exactly what I wanted If I d seen the bags in a shop I probably wouldn t have bought them I d much rather pay more for one good quality bag I had original left a 1 star review but I ve edited and upped it to 3 stars after using the bag today as my phone Galaxy A40 credit cards and two chunky sets of keys fitted in fine which is actually what I needed

I have to be very honest I did not expect much from my purchase after I had bought two bags before I read the reviews I got my two bags today and was very surprised by the quality of them I have to say I am happy with them It took 12 days to get them which wasn t that bad either

I read the reviews after I had placed my order and was very worried However my order was as described and arrived in a reasonable time I know it is too early the judge the quality but it all looks good to me and my i-phone fits the phone pocket

I ordered a couple of clutch wallets and then yesterday I read these reviews and started worrying about my order The wallets arrived today and I am pleased to say that I did not have to worry The first thing to note is that people need to curb their expectations The clutch wallets are not expensive for what you are buying so you cannot expect premium luxury quality Having said that the stitching and quality on both of mine were good an dtotally up to scratch The pocket on one was slightly off-centre which is a bit off-putting but as it was the free one I don t mind As for the phone storage I use a Samsung S10 which is not the smallest phone on the market and it fits fine With a case on the phone it still fits but you can t close the pocket So most phones with a screen protecter and slimline cover will fit it s only if you have a large phone that you will need to worry To sum up then obviously some people have had bad experiences mine was not and I will be happy to go out and about with my clutch wallet phone and all

I had two phone clutch wallets delivered - after reading reviews I was apprehensive and a bit worried as to what was going to arrive I am very pleased with the wallets and they are exactly as advertised - a few more card holders would be good but overall a very neat and tidy bag

First two I bought was wary of but actually loved them I now have 5 in different styles and love them they are the only bag I use normally I have arthritis all over my body and cannot carry anything heavy These take my phone cards money and a lipstick which is all I need and have no pain to deal with as very light

I love the wallets purses It s just what I wanted It fits my galaxyS20FE 5G perfectly that is what I want when going out I don t have to walk with my phone in my hand Thanks to Selena by Canada

Update to my two reviews This is regarding the customer service I emailed byselina and sent a photo of the broken zip By return I received an apology and a replacement bag is being sent to me
