Not fit for purpose

I have no choice but to shop online for gifts As the bag wallet were in the sale it seems I cannot expect a refund There is NO WAY a mobile phone will fit into the pocket designed for one These goods are not fit for purpose Don t have anything to do with this company Wish I d read other reviews first

Why all the negative reviews

Well after reading all the bad reviews after I ordered my bogof small phone purse bag I have been panicking like mad about what to expect to be delivered My 2 items arrived today a week after ordering and I can t see a problem with either of them The zips work the straps are with them and they were well packaged I dont have anything to do with this company other than paying them for my order and I am extremely happy with what has been delivered

My order arrived safely

Ok After ordering two Clutch bags I was directed to Trustpilot and was horrified to see virtually 100 dissatisfaction and thought Well that was a huge mistake and decided to write off the order and did not expect to receive them Well much to my surprise the package containing both bags they are more a purse that a bag arrived - much to my amazement Of course that doesn t make all the previous complaints invalid but I did receive mine safely And because of that I m giving Byselena 5Stars
