It was such an horrible delivery
It was such an horrible delivery experience i m a customer from Belgium and i ordered a winter jacket few weeks ago They have sent the package to a nearby store where i had to pick it up NOT TO MENTION IT WASN T GOING TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE I am very dissatisfied with the workers mind u I m still waiting for my winter jacket while writing this I would have understood the big delay if it was going to get delivered to my house But it was just a nearby store where i had to pick it up from C A fix ur problems and don t put lazy workers

Poor customer service
I am very disappointed because I called them three times and each time I received no help whatsoever When you call the customer service they either do not know anything or say they can t do it I wanted to contact the store and apparently you cannot do it

I tried to place and order today and paid then I received an email telling me that the order was cancelled due to a technical problem I was told to reorder which I did and the same thing happened I tried one more time using a different payment card and it happened once again I checked my payment card transactions and C A have charged me 3 times and I still have no order Shame on you C A

I placed an order and paid for it They cancelled the order for a technical problem and told me by email to place the order again I did so and the exactly the same thing happened again I tried one more time using a different payment card and it happened a third time I contacted C A by phone and they replied by email that I need to place the order again a 4th time There was not even an apology My payment card was charged 3 times and no refund was made

The worst
The worst but the worst online shopping experience I made an order the money was taken from my account but order didn t went through their system For the last month I am trying to get my money back with no luck First they told me they have refunded me the money and that I have to wait 8to10days to get it After 10days the money still wasn t refunded they said the specialist will take my case and solve it I got the email from the special department writing they will immediately cancel the reservation of this amount because money was just reserved not taken After nothing happend after that email the customer service told me that the reservation was cancel the first day when the problem happened and that I should go to the bank to see what is happening I asked him why specialist that took my case didn t see that-he doesn t know Today again I am getting the email that the specialist will take my case So all together I was charged for the order that is not in the system because system wasn t working and I am not getting my money back although I have talked more then 10times with customer service and written 10emails One day they are saying I am refunded and to wait the other day they are saying they will cancel reservation of the amount amd to wait after that they are saying they have canceled it the first day then again they send new email that specialist is solving my problem The only thing that is constant is the missing money Never again buying here

I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply distressing incident I recently encountered as a tourist visiting C A store in Veenendaal Utrecht I am still shaken by the racist behavior exhibited by an elderly woman with short hair who from the moment I entered the store made me feel unwelcome and unsafe The incident occurred when I purchased a small purse and as I was leaving the store s alarm beeped Assuming it might be something related to my clothes I waited for assistance but no one approached me Subsequently the elderly lady rushed towards me humiliatingly shouting and throwing my belongings on the floor Despite my requests for her to communicate in English she persisted in speaking a language I couldn t understand and attempted to cut the ticket off my purse She even touched me without my consent to inspect my shirt wrongly suspecting theft When I sought assistance from her manager she vehemently defended her colleague refused to listen screamed GO OUT she insist that i don t have any right to report her colleague s act and threatened to call the police without allowing me to explain my side of the story Feeling racially targeted and unjustly treated I reluctantly agreed to involve the police despite having committed no wrongdoing Throughout the ordeal I remained calm seeking only an apology and understanding but regrettably none was provided I share this complaint with you not only to express my disappointment in the treatment I received but also to shed light on the experience can a tourist customers may encounter

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my time at c a Over the past year I have encountered several issues that have significantly impacted my well-being and overall job satisfaction Lack of Proper Training Despite my best efforts I found myself inadequately prepared due to the lack of proper training It s disheartening to be blamed for not knowing things when the necessary guidance was never provided Dehumanization At c a employees are treated as mere numbers rather than valued individuals The absence of a human-centric approach has left me feeling disconnected and undervalued Bullying Behavior I filed a complaint about bullying behavior in the workplace but unfortunately no action was taken This lack of response further eroded my trust in the organization Ethical Discrepancies While c a boasts a code of ethics it pains me to see these principles inconsistently applied Responsibility is convenientlyoverlooked when violations occur Negative Impact on Mental Health The toxic environment I endured for a year took a toll on my mental health It led to a profound depression robbing me of the happiness I once had Lack of Job Security c a does not provide staying contracts leaving employees uncertain about their future If you seek a stable job until retirement this may not be the right place Discrimination at C A When questioned about why I wasn t offered a permanent contract their excuse was my colorblindness But this had never been an issue I adapted I could scan clothing tags and rely on my work phone for information My colorblindness didn t hinder my performance I excelled at my job Yet C A failed me They lost not only a dedicated employee who loved their work but also clients who witnessed their unfair treatment Discrimination should never be tolerated especially when it costs good people their opportunities In summary my experience at c a has been a painful lesson in how a workplace should not operate I hope that the organization takes steps to improve its practices and prioritize employee well-being

I am located in Germany and we have C A allover the country Online shopping was never an issue since the last time Customer service is total mess I have spoken to 3 different people on tje phone none of the listened to my issue to the end and tjey have just hung up the phone Whaaaaat Seriously this is how u treat and respect customers from whose money you ectually excist You are forcing me to pay for the stuff wjich I have never got Your new mess partner Hermes has lost it and I am punished for hermes mess No way Such a huge shop and such irrespectful treatment of customers Please contact me instead of sending me payment reminder I will not pay for the item I have never recievedB E
