Wont send replacement
They are out of stock for the black bag since 4 weeks now and i ve been waiting for them to send a replacement since then now They keep on telling me one more week and one more week every time I ask them I have also asked them to send me a replacement bag of another color for the time being because I am literally out of a backpackfore weeks now and they are refusing to do that as well This is after me buying 3 of their dDiscoverybackpack now by the way I am not even a first-time customer Please think about where you want to put your money before buying any of this savecustomer customerprotection

I am very happy with the bag High quality very solid water resistant for sure a lot of pockets Amazing The shipping process was a little confusing as the tracking number they provided was not the one of DHL as mentioned in the email but the one of Swiss post The customer service was very helpful as well when it comes to find out the issue with the parcel
