Like other companies just another cold hearted debt company very vague and unhelpful on the phone although their telephone manner was polite at all times investigation department act like they are above everybody when they are clearly not best in future is just try not to get into any debt then don t have to deal with these people it s only 3 stars because it was sorted out quickly and they was polite on the phone but nothing else
