Cabot is a credit to the collection industry agents are unfailingly polite and patient which is quite a feat given the nature of the business I spoke to Musah today He was responsive and empathetic

The lovely lady I spoke to today Louise was brilliant was very helpful and was very clear about all parts of the process and payment Overall really happy with the company and how they handle debt and help sort out payment plan and the online app is such an easy amd effective way to manage everything

I cannot thank Yinka enough in the case management team I have battling an issue on my house sale for 8 months and in the last 2 weeks he has been nothing but supportive on getting this issue resolved He was professional informative and very understanding I hope Yinka will be recognised for his hard work because I am hugely grateful for his support and assistance

Friendly understanding reassuring I put off speaking to Cabot as I felt ashamed I had been referred to debt collectors They are tenacious though and I was initially intimidated I was worried about being told off but their approach was friendly normalising the situation and just making it feel like a regular transaction Pick up the phone or contact them to get started paying back They will work with you

Cabot recenty took over a credit card debt I owed I was very worried based on thoughts of dealing with a debt agency I made contact with Cabot and spoke with Alex He was helpful understanding and knowlwdgeable from the very beginning He helped work out a plan that suited my needs and this in turn significantly reduce my sress level I would highly recommed using working with Cabot Financial Once again massive thanks to Alex
