I spoke to Coralee and she was absolutely wonderful She was very kind and compassionate which made a very difficult phone call much easier I genuinely can t thank her enough for her support and encouragement to help me today

I would like to pass my gratitude to Lara today I didn t start this call great with her as this was a debt that quite simply never belonged to me never been on my credit report never obtained a CCJ and I have never been a cardholder for the company in question and Id had enough She was extremely kind listened to what I said and done the necessary which in fairness was the correct course of action As I said I wasn t the greatest customer at the start of the call and she managed that well Your a credit to the company and thank you for your kind words to me

Today I spoke to an advisor called Michelle She was very professional caring and informative all the way through the call I was feeling very apprehensive before ringing regarding my circumstances and she made me feel totally at ease and throughly explained my options to me I would like to say thank you She is a credit to you I have had poor health recently and the fact she was on the end of the call today and understood made me feel comfortable in dealing with my account

I was really apprehensive about calling to set up a payment plan but a really kind warm lady called Yan made me feel at ease and i actually put the phone down with a smile Thank you x
