I was called today by a lovely lady

I was called today by a lovely lady from cabot to setup a payment plan After this business was completed i happened to mention i wasn t working at the moment due to my mental health situation The lady from cabot gave time to listen to my health problem and gave me great reassuring advice and compliments on my progress in getting well again I did not expect to be discussing my mental health with a debt collector However this lady from cabot was fantastic towards me I thank her for her time and wisewords she gave me Thankyou cabot for hiring wonderful employees who know genuinely how to treat there clients

For a debt collector I found them very understanding They listen to my problems and found a solution that helps us both I d particularly like to give a shout out to Amy who was lovely

I appreciate how human I was made to feel I was listened to and understood The gentleman I spoke to was very polite well spoken I m glad I answered the phone and felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders

Being in debt can be a scary thing and receiving a call from a debt collector even worse However my experience with Nav from Cabot has been nothing but exceptional She listened understood amd empathised with my situation Putting my account on hold allowing me time to sort out my finance She took the time to explain how everything worked and set up an affordable plan for me that works a treat Thank you Nav You are a gem and thanks for listening amd understanding my situation You were very professional and understanding and I truly appreciate you A
