I have struggled with mental health and answering the phone to anyone however I knew I had to respond to the calls from your company I spoke to a few advisors but disconnected call quickly after engagement asking to call back As soon as Michelle the lovely friendliest customer service agent I have ever spoke to my anxiety was at ease and I felt comfortable talking to her to get my debt discussed and setting up a payment plan that was affordable I cannot thank my American friend enough Not only did she make it effortless due to having empathy yo my mental health needs she lifted a big weight off my shoulders by getting it sorted A credit to your company and hope she gets the credit feedback from myself Thank you so so much Michelle
