Excellent experience recommended
I chose California Shutters after getting ridiculously high quotes from local companies I was a little apprehensive at first going down the DIY route but after reading all the guides watching the YouTube videos and talking to Jake at CS about the design it turned out to be a straightforward process The shutters and frames came really well-packed in 12 separate boxes and tubes with tracked delivery The frames went together in minutes and the fitting was reasonably easy despite some of my window reveals being out of square All the shutters fitted nicely first time with a couple of hours needed to get them adjusted perfectly the fit and finish was top-notch a credit to the manufacturers The only minor negative was the way the tee bars were secured with just one screw at each end I put two in and it stopped the slight movement I had previously Overall a great experience just make sure you measure properly

the length of time in the container was too long

I used California before this time I ve ordered 2 new shutters because I know what I m doing with the order I have found it a lot easier designing and ordering the 2 new shutters I think they have simplified their website so this also helped

This is my 3rd order of shutters from California Shutters I was disappointed that the ordering process is not as it used to be I wanted more options as they had in the past but their customer service is as brilliant as always They send us a solution that made our order more expensive but we got an even better design than what we dreamed off and we are very excited with anticipation to receive the final product
