Although we had to wait a long time for our shutters about 18 weeks we are absolutely made up with them Steve who fitted them was great Very knowledgeable friendly and helpful x Natalie from customer services was lovely and helpful too The blinds make such a difference to our house so are well worth the wait x

The salesperson who came to the house was very helpful not pushy and was keen to explain the full variety of shutters before we made a decision There was regular contact throughout the process from Amanda John and his colleagues fitted them and were very polite and professional Excellent customer experience throughout the process We are going to order more soon for the rest of our house

Just had shutter blinds fitted to 3x bay windows The installation took approx 2hrs Lads took their shoes off at the door and No mess whatsoever Polite and standard of work is really great Really pleased look fab
