My first review reflected cash app as doing very poorly that was because I made a payment that was missing but since that bad review cash app paid me back and I really appreciate it So let it be known that I am fully satisfied with cash app at this point and will continue to make transactions through this app sincerely Toribio

Money gone

1030 went missing from my account Was on phone with customer service over 2 hours They seem to have a problem understanding English They kept asking for more credit card numbers I used so they could attempt to credit the money back to me Every attempt failed They finally agreed to send me a check in 6 to 8 weeks I wonder if I will ever see it

Cash App is the worst money transfer app If your money gets lost they will do nothing to help you resolve the situation I wouldn t recommend them to my worst enemy

I love this app It s so convenient for me to add cash with debit card and purchase the bitcoin to send I do not understand why other people left bad reviews Just follow the company policy then should not have any issues I never had any issues since I opened an account I really appreciate this company

I ve used cash app for years and have

I ve used cash app for years and have never experienced any serious issues or any issue that wasn t easily resolved I use it to make online purchases send and recieve cash from friends and to trade fractional shares of stocks and to trade bitcoin as well as to use it for purchases The fees are miniscule and reasonable and I have had really pleasant interactions with their customer service I don t believe most of these reviews are fair

Great Customer Service

I called Cash App support after making the mistake of accepting an instant transfer of 200 into my bank account only to realize after I accepted it was put into my old inactive account I immediately cried lol and contacted Cash App Support I spoke with Natalie who was absolutely the best She not only answered all my questions but she even took the time to read policies and contact her chain of command to see if she could help assist me in any other way She was unbelievably kind upbeat and helpful and made my experience overall amazing She even issued the 3 50 back to me as a courtesy for not being able to have an instant transfer She went out of her way to help me and it made my day Shout out to you Natalie - you need a raise

Excellent application

Excellent application streamlined investing money transfers tracking and much more Never had an issue so cannot speak to their support However after three years the money I saved while sending funds to my kids vs PP and WU added up pretty quickly Love the app its fire and forget for me At times I open it up to a surprise balance and other times its not such a surprise but never opened it to a loss

Receiving payments in the UK works well

I ve seen lots of bad reviews about this app I live in the UK and use it for sending and receiving payments of small amounts 100 or less and it s worked perfectly so far instant withdrawals too The best part is that there are absolutely no fees involved what so ever Hopefully I don t run into any issues but for now I think it s a great app
