I had a issue with my order and emailed them they emailed me back straight away and got everything sorted out for me Really happy with the level of service they offered Received my wine a few days later and it was lovely

Great customer service I received my package and one of the bottles had smashed during delivery Cellar Rats refunded the order and sent out a replacement very quickly

Great wine and good service Even though there was a issue on my first box a few of the bottles got smashed They were super quick to refund them Since then haven t had any issue with any broken bottles and its perfect for me who doesn t always get through a full bottle
