Just tried Cellar Rats and wow Love the idea of wine in small glass-sized bottles Perfect for trying different wines without committing to a full bottle Me and the Mrs end up throwing so much wine away so this is much more economical especially given the cost of living situation Quality is top-notch much much nicer than supermarket rubbish and they have a great selection Customer service was great They helped me pick wines that I actually liked and paused my order when In was on holiday Delivery was quick and everything arrived fine Highly recommend Cellar Rats if you want good wine without hassle Cheers

Really postive experience with Cellar Rats curently on my third order with them and each one continues to be better than the last They have a really vast selection and I have tired wines that usually I wouldn t have even considered before Easy to sign up and customer service when I wanted to amend an order was quick to respond Highly recommended

Oh I get so excited when I open the door to my postie holding that little brown box once a month with that recognisable rat on the side I m like a kid opening their stocking on Christmas morning I love opening that posh wax seal and reading the individual tasting cards and feel like a proper grown up when I actually attempt to pair my wines with some of my meals now It has become a weekend treat for me and the other half I have always loved drinking wine but have also always just stuck to the tried and tested from the supermarket sections Cellar rats have introduced me to a lot of wines I never would have thought of trying otherwise and I have now found a lot that I will happily buy in future in full size bottles from them

It s one of those moments in the month I get so excited for Being parents to a toddler means that we re no longer getting on it in the same way but still enjoy a drink Having a tasty glass of wine to share between the two of us on a weekend evening together brings us so much joy We ve also picked up extra bottles of the wine we like Life s too short to drink bad wine getting to try a wide range at a decent price is perfect for us

I m not really sure why there is a large number of bad reviews Their box subscription model is fantastic and I haven t seen anything else like it in the market Fantastic wines fantastic company

A Refreshing Change From The Usual What a good idea these guys have come up with Experiencing quality wine is a wonderful thing but certainly not easy to get a start in Budget constraints and lack of knowledge in the subject are serious barrierrs to entry the cellar rats help with both and quite literally bring it to your door

Overall it was a good experience When I received an attractive promotional offer through Vodafone my partner and I were intrigued even though we rarely drink alcohol My partner who is obsessed with cool packaging was especially excited about the idea of cute little bottles with rats on them yes we ve bought wine before just because of the label After placing the order we checked the Trustpilot reviews and were terrified expecting the worst but everything turned out fine We waited about two weeks for the package to arrive We enjoyed the wines though I m not much of a wine expert To my partner s disappointment all the labels had the same rat design and the bottles looked like cough syrup bottles Due to the high subscription price and the fact that we re drinking less and less I decided to cancel the subscription Unfortunately you can t do that online and since I hate making phone calls for these kinds of things I opted to send an email requesting cancellation Today I saw on my account that the subscription has been successfully canceled No issues on my end Thanks for the wine and good luck Rats

I ve been using cellar rats for about 6 months now Always great products with a luxury feel to the packaging I look forward to my delivery each month to see what different wines I can taste Would recommend to anyone I ve seen a few negative reviews recently which is surprising after my experiences I believe they are quite a new business so hopefully just some teething problems
