I rate checknfly 4 as they are cheap and always keep me up to date but they lose 1 as your itinerary is subject to small changes However I give my sales assistant Vince 5 stars as he went out of his way to accommodate my concerns in a very professional and personable manner Cheers Vince

Not sure anymore which search engine I was using but I was somehow redirected to checknfly co uk and booked a flight to Bali with Cathay Pacific because it appeared cheaper The initial email said that it is only booking confirmation and I d get the e-tickets in 24h after confirmation with the airline Two days later - I called them Easy to reach and fixed the problem quickly I got my email Also convinced me that I should pay 100 for making the ticket changeable I agreed I got a free suitcase for my partner - appreciate it but won t use it Overall the price became the same as if I had booked directly on Cathay Pacific site where I also realised that this booking does not have seats despite being a long haul flight That s probably the airline Still in 2024 booking an airline ticket feels like a lot of hassle still I was asked to add Kevin Smith here Thank you

I had my concerns as I booked a ticket for my uncle and I had never used the site before But I was immediately put at ease by Chris Grey as I used rhe online chat service available and he reassured me as inhad many questions regarding the hand luggage in-flight meals and seat selection He helped me and my uncle a lot and made us understand I had to call the customer service as I was confused about the airline named in initial booking email confirmation and Chris answered He remembered me from our chat session and once again explained the reasons and out with my uncle and me at ease and followed up with a WhatsApp message to reconfirm details Thank you Chris

I booked a flight with extra baggage but when received the ticket the extra bag wasn t added So I spoke to the customer service who was not helpful at first until the chat was with Kevin Smith He was really helpful To be honest I was about to leave a bad feedback to this company as I paid for the extra bag but it hasn t been added However thanks to Kevin Smith I can say that the issue has been resolved I received a refund and I m really happy with it Thanks a lot Kevin
