It took a lot more time yet I was able to secure my tickets I spent more than anticipated yet got there in the end I was later contacted by a very helpful Justin Smith I would recommend his expertise from the beginning to avoid spending unnecessary time searching

Excellent price and experience

Excellent price for a last minute flight - half of what the airlines themselves were charging Personal service phoning to confirm the flights The e-ticket arrived promptly they proactively checked I had it - even shared the details in WhatsApp Vincent was great and a nice touch to include a happy birthday when he noticed the date

I don t usually book travel with a 3rd party so found this process daunting Right after I booked online I got a message on WhatsApp from Justin Smith offering to find me a direct return instead of the connecting flight I d booked This was quite late at night so I was surprised He searched and found several options one of which suited me Although I had to pay a little extra it was a better flight so I was happy about that The tickets did not arrive till then next day after I enquired but I have them now and it all seems fine I read some poor reviews of this company but their methods just seem unconventional Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional and responses were quick on WhatsApp and email Ticket prices were through the roof on other sites so I was grateful to be helped to get a good deal

VINCE THOMAS was very helpful patient and polite Very responsive about looking into the various travel options required and bookings were made promptly The only down side was the slight lackmif attention to detail on passenger details The correction had been sent but overlooked Thankfully Vince called to check as he was issuing the ticket so it was amended in time

Easy to book flights and best price

Easy to book flights and they had the best price However they do phone to confirm and then explain to flexible tickets which costs an extra 20 per person which allows you to ensure you sit together We took this option but not sure if we could have done this anyway when we logged on the airline site without paying the extra I m travelling with my elderly father and daughter so took this option Stella Smith who helped us was good and explained everything

First things first Maria deserves a medal

First things first Maria deserves a medal I was trying to book a flight online and got to paying and my card failed 1 minute later the phone rang and Maria came to the rescue the card failed another four times but Maria hung on text and called me back whilst I was trying to get to the bottom of the block on the card with my bank Eventually the problem was sorted whilst I was loosing it Maria was extremely patient with me and the situation managing to hold my flights until things were resolved Thank you Maria

Feels dodgy but actually great

Katherine was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure that we booked the correct flights Can t fault her at all They offered the most competitive prices on all comparison sites and the fee to make flights changeable is very reasonable I will say that the whole process feels quite dodgy being sent to a page where you have to manually input the amount you want to pay instead of a checkout style page outlining what you re paying for and it took a few hours after booking to receive the issuance after paying out Only the good reviews prevented me from fully panicking that I d been scammed
