Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling My mother was cared for by care worker registered with this agency and sadly sustained injuries and had to attend hospital Safeguarding at East Sussex Council found that they had acted unprofessionally and were reported to the CQC The carer in question was reported to the Disclosure and Barring service and thankfully will never be able to touch a vulnerable adult ever again It s been heartbreaking Thankfully we have fabulous carers in place now just wish I d never approached this agency
